I am having sinus congestion, stuffy nose, sore throat & headache. I work in AC 22� C everyday, I get this problem very frequently. No BP & diabetes.

It is normal to get such infections now days as viral infections are contagious. As you said you work in AC so it is more tough for your immunity power to fight agaisnt viral infection. I will advise you boost up your immunity and to take some medicines if reqiured. Thank you.

Cold air can cause such problem. R/o allergic rhinitis, allergy screening blood test to confirm allergy. Avoid dust, smoke, pollution and allergens.
