Mam! I hv throat infection and Allergies frequently due to pollution, and dry cough all times, taking montair and lorfast am 150. Also taken honey with warm water, green tea etc what to do?

Do not get addicted to montair. Keep your nose covered when you move out of the house. Make a habit of doing gargle with warm saline water daily and eat a lot of fruits. Take vitamin C. 500 mg once daily for 10 days. You may need some cough syrup. Contact me for further information.
