Dear lybrate-user, High fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits like banana and avoiding fast food will help in forming stools properly which will prevent bleeding. Drink atleast 3 liters of water each day Avoid very spicy food. You may ask your doctor for pain killer ointment that can be applied in anus before defecating.
