take high fibre diet
avoid constipation avoid meat and chicken for 2 months take plenty of fluids avoid spicy meal
take lots of green leafy vegetables sit in warm water three times a day
apply lox cream 5 % three times a day take syrup lactulose 15 ml thrice a day contact me again after 15 days.
