My husband age is 27. His sperm count was 12.9 million. This count is enough to get pregnant? This one is the major problem for him?

Dear Lybrate user. Normal sperm densities range from 15 million to greater than 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen. You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have fewer than 15 million sperm per milliliter or less than 39 million sperm total per ejaculate. But don't worry. There are many possible methods to improve the sperm count. Do work with your doctor. Take care.
