A 24 yr female. Underwent lap appendectomy on 7 July 2016. Since a month later I started experiencing severe constipation. I poop out stones even after taking laxatives. I have been under lactifiber, freego and calidose green as directed by my surgeon. Since 20 days I am experiencing severe pain in my appendix incision after meal. Even if I will eat dry fruits it will hurt. I get a pulling sensation in my belly on stretching. I fear is adhesions causing all the problems.

Post operative adhesions are common. But will not cause constipation. Take plenty of salads and fruits. More water also.
