Dear lybrate-user, Yogasana are the best set of exercises to keep healthy joints. In addition, do low impact cycling and climbing stairs to keep strong legs that will support your knees. It is not necessary to do any surgery if your knees are alright. Eat the right food to build healthy body, bones and muscles. Normal, natural foods. No supplements or un-natural proteins etc necessary. Regards.
