I am having pcos but have regular periods but hv acne prblm it comes before my periods. I am planning to conceive so please help is there any prblm.

Dear lybrate-user! You should not have problems for conceiving usually as you have regular cycles. Lets hope for the best. Just ensure that if you are on any active treatment for acne, many of the acne medicines are not safe during pregnancy and hence should be stopped prior to conception.
