My Dad has been diagnosed with ILD (interstitial Lungs Disease) ,he is 61 years of age, he is coughing frequently and taking some treatment but I haven't noticed any improvement, I am really worried about him and want him to be fit and fine quickly at any cost ,Please help me to suggest doctors or treatment bestest in nasik best doctor or in pune but dad stays in Nasik ,Please help me as I do not know what to do.

ILD can be due to many causes, important causes are IPF, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, Connective tissue disorders involving lungs and sarcoidosis. Please get him investigated under guidance of a pulmonologist to know exact cause and start proper treatment.
