I'm suffering from testicle paining from 4 months, consulted a urologist and done a scrotal ultrasound reports are bilateral grade 1 varicocele and small inguinal lymph nodes, using doxt sl ,and nervmax tab, still it's paining, is micro surgery varicocelectomy can solve my problem and pain left testicle lying down and hanging very lower and paining heavy but right testicle not paining, why ?and how tight underwear reduce testicle pain, and give me procedure of surgery.

Dear lybrate-user! Pain in the groin area and above testis is common due to varicocoele. Yes surgery is a definitive cure option and should be done by a urosurgeon/urologist. For pain relief till the surgery good medicines are available. You need to use good scrotal support till surgery.

You should go for microscopic varicocelectomy. This is permanant solution. Blood flow reduces with tight underwear, it reduces blood flow .so as pain also reduces.
