High BP. Numbness and pain in limbs and body. Occurring year after year. Ultrasound-Nothing abnormal found. Please give some advice (do's and don't) on my illness. Appreciate and thanking you for saving million of lives. God bless you.

Hello, Thank you for your kindest gesture. The BP can be managed appropriately by medications, so stick to the prescription of your doctor. Pain and numbness in body can be due to various causes. But most commonly in my practise. It due to deficiency of Vitamin D and Vitamin B12. So check and correct them. It simple.
