Well schizophrenia is a complex disorder which present in different ways and treatment response also vary differently. Sizodon (Risperidone) and olimelt (olanzapine) are wonderful drugs used in schizophrenia treatment with very good success. If you continue to have hallucinations then a change in the line of management can be thought of because both Risperidone and olanzapine are second generation antipsychotic drugs hence a changed combination using first generation drugs can help. Well in anyway you need a detailed evaluation prior to treatment and hence kindly consult your psychiatrist. Tips like keeping yourself engaged, improving your attention, being with people, avoiding smoking if any can help you.
