My father is suffering from diabetes from last 10 years and now his both kidneys are affected and after doing some stress of Blood Serum Creatinine was detected as 2.5 in 2012 and till now he has been advised by doctor to take medicine and insulin injections but unfortunately it again raised upto 5.0 which was not normal. Now doctors are advising him to get kidney transplant as soon as possible. Please suggest me what to do next as I am very much disappointed from all the doctors. And advice a best food chart to avoid raising of creatinine again. Thank you.

I request you few ideas and suggestion First your father is insulin dependent diabetic request him to have food without much resistriction. Again saying don't restrict food let him have food as ge likes. Ask him to expose to sun until he get good sweat especially in the morning before 9 a.m. So sweat ease or giving rest to the function of kindney. Daily ask him to have fish and protinex powder for dialysis patient or egg of you are non veg. Daily you give massage to your father leg and back for 20 minutes. Which will increase circulation and insulin response will increase. If everything fails if you have money go for transplant or else go for dialysis. But dialysis will also cost heavily everymonth and I am not sure how much the transplant will cost. And if you are going for transplant only close relative will accept mostly. Else again the kidney will lead to failure in nexr six months or 1 year. For dialysis surely it will cost 20000 to 25000 everymonth. But he will survive atleast 3 to 5 year surely based on the cleaniliness he and your family maintain. Two dialysis type first peritoneal dialysis and haemo dialysis. Peritoneal dialysis need to be done daily twice or thrice at home can be performed once I 12 or 8 hours each packet cost 250 to 300 or even more. Haemo dialysis need to be done once in three or four days every dialysis will cost 2500 to 3000 rupees. For both kind he need to perform surgery to fix a tube I stomach or in hand to perform. Take care or the combination of both.

Avoid sugar, fruits except papaya and apple. Avoid junk food, fried food, all non veg except eggs, all pulses and leafy vegetables. Continue medicine and follow your doctor.
