I drink once a week, usually high end scotch and upto quarter of a 750 ml bottle. My age is 31. No issues as such, no hangover. Should I take any herbal medicine or tonic or capsules just to ensure my drinking habits don't impact my lever or any other system of body. What kind of foods would be advisable to improve lever and digestive system?

Dear lybrate-user, Alcohol damages the liver first. Gradually the nervous system, muscle strength, body natural capability to kill cancer growths, kidney function, skin glow etc etc. In th long run, there is no medicine that can wash off the effects of alcohol. Take high alkaline level foods to help. But obviously, the best is to reduce and eventually stop intake of alcohol. Regards.

Reduce the quantity of alcohol to not more than 60 ml. And whenever you do take Cap Party Smart (an Ayurvedic preparation) 2 cap at bed time. Do not consume fried food or heavy to digest foods along with that meal. Rather consume fruits and salads before hand to minimise the side effects. For more consult personally.
