Dear There are very few clinical records to support, but the best combination of foods is rich sources of natural vitamins, especially Vit ACE and B. Stop eating any sorts of packaged, preserved, frozen foods to reduce the uptake of preservatives. Contact with your other health records to plan a proper detoxification program which is drugfree. Regards.
