Hi mintop contains minoxidil which is anti bp medicine ,though you aply it triopically on hairs yet it has hypotensive effect (lowers bp) you are a stage 2 hypertensive a male 22 years old you have not mentioned your smoking habits if you are a smoker give up smoking start exercising daily for 45 minutes grade 2 hypertension at age of 22 can be caused due to blockage of artery supplying the kidney or pheochromocytoma an abdominal tumour renal artery doplller and a mri abdomen is advised this should be taken very seriously medicines can be started in pvt wquery only its emergency take it seriously.
