Last two years I have gastric erosion, and taking sompraz40, but no improvement, I have burning sensation and occasionally mild pain in upper abdomen.

Follow a few simple advice Avoid fatty and spicy food Avoid smoking and alcohol if you do Take smaller meals Some form of exercise daily for half hour Don't lie down or sleep immediately after meals Get an Ultrasound Abdomen Visit a gastroenterologist for medications Including PPI's ,H Pylori eradication t/t and possibly endoscopy.
