Hi patanjali Ashwashila or himalaya Guduchi tablet which is best for overall health Actually I am doing internship so whole day I just move from one place to other by walking and so that I feels very exhausted and very weakness and my joints also pain so which is good for this situation And also I think so much and I by thinking about any situation I felt depressed and become angry it's also my problem that I thinks so much for unnecessary situation pls help me out.

I think u may take both. And take small frequent meals every 2-3 hr. I don't mean. Cooked food it can. Be fruits, nuts, seeds, salads etc

Drink more water. Carry apples with you. Eat them whenever you are hungry. Eat 10-15 almonds daily. Don't skip meals. Eat proper food Roti/Rice/Dal/Veg whenever possible. Don't eat junk food. Improve your diet and you will feel much better and energised. Your weight is about 15 kgs extra. Try to reduce that too.
