How can I be ensure that something is not blocking my colon without going for colonoscopy? I am worried if I have a tumor inside my colon.

Mr. lybrate-user. Your worry should be limited to realizing your problem and going to a doctor for an opinion. Tumor inside your colon is just one of the many diseases that may be causing your problem Also, colonoscopy may be uncomfortable but please don't create unwanted hurdles for your doctor by being an non cooperative patient. Having said that, barium enema and barium meal are examinations which can give some hint to the status if your colon, without you having to undergo colonoscopy.
