An oblique tear in body and posterior horn of my left knee. So kindly suggest me please.

It must be investigated. Get a mri of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don' t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem.
