Hi lybrate-user. Cancers are of 2 types. 1. Life threatening 2. Common ones. Life threatening ones are associated with bleeding, fast growing, family history of cancers. The common ones are non life threatening and are completely opposite of the life threatening ones. As per your symptoms, one can hardly say that you are having life threatening cancer. Light vertical hardly visible lines may be attributed to multiple reasons. Nutrition may be one of them. AVOID STRESS. Please visit a Dermatologist for a confirmation.
