Sir I have already done the hiv RNA test, three months back, it came negative, and now am effecting from uneven mouth ulcers ,and rashes on the skin with twice a day, is this any kind of hiv ,please suggest.

The mouth ulcers and rashes seem to be HSV infection, although without proper examination, I am sure you will not be able to tell.
