I am aged 85 years. Normotensive. Non-diabetic. Daignosed bph, on urimax 0.4mg 1 cap at night for about 3 years. Lately, having tightness of head throughout day & walking gait like an alcoholic. Please advise.

Hello , based on the above info, I can only suggest you is. 1. Put a cotton in your ears so that cold you will be safe from cold air. 2. Dont be in ac environment for a long time. Try to keep your body warm. 3. Do meditation if possible for about ten mins every day. 4. Add, protein (after personal consultation), vitamins and minerals to your diet. 5.
