I am suffering from hydrocele for last 3 yrs, but I don't feel any pain, the size has grown of the testicles, my doctor told that a small operation is needed. Is it necessary to go under knife or it can be cured naturally. I am really scared of operation.

The hydrocele will only increase. If not removed by operation the testes will be affected. So get it removed. It is a small operation.

there is no natural treatment for hydrocoele. if you want to get rid of it you have to undergo surgery. if you are very scared of operation, then just leave it alone. it is not a dangerous disease. nothing happens if it is not treated.

It's better to get it operated and seek relief permanently. It's a very small procedure there is nothing to worry about it. As long as you have a good urologist you are in safe hands. If you want you can seek a second opinion from another urologist and see what his advice is. All the best.
