In case of sugar patients ,how are fruits to be consumed ,how many minutes of exercise per day. I had sugar 120/165 and had Mclazide 500 (hb1ac-12. Now my fasting is 91.5 (hb1ac is 7.1) should I take only metformin 500 (suggest dosage)

Take metformin 500 twice a day after meals. You can have one fruit a day preferably inbetween breakfast and lunch or at bedtime. You should walk 1/2 hr per day.

What are contents of your medicines. I think it contain two salt 1. Glipizide 2. Metformin. Then why you are changing to only metformin. Be careful. Talk with me online.
