Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Did you have your blood sugar tested? Well, the reason for frequent urination are many, including UTI and needs to be clinically evaluated before the right treatment can be given. I would advise that you connect with an urologist in person who can provide you the needful traction here, post diagnosis appropriately. Simultaneously, keep your diet and lifestyle streamlined. Mediterranean diet is advisable here. Avoid any kind of spicy, oily, fatty, greasy and high calorie foods including fast foods etc all. Alcoholic and any sort of artificially sweetened beverages, chocolates, tea, coffee and aerated / soft drinks are best avoided too. Stay well hydrated, but make sure to not over consume the same. Also, exercise daily, and stay relaxed. Hope this helps. Do take care, and all the very best. Sincerely

No Himanshu. You don't..You are too young to have any problem. Since you are having a renal calculi, you are possibly having some urine infection which needs to be treated by antibiotics. The infected urine irritates your bladder causing frequent urination. Treat the infection which will solve your urinary frequency. No problem with your prostate.
