My scalp dandruff is not erasing from last 8 years, also my hair falls due to this I think. Other than that my hair is thick, grows well but less dense compared to its growth speed. So only root cause is dandruff which I want to smash off completely. I need permanent solution. Chemicals have only given me temporary results.

Hi lybrate-user, CIPLA 8X shampoo is good to prevent dandruff and prevent hair fall. However, dandruff could be just one reason for your hair fall. There could be other reasons as well such as poor hair health, vitamin deficiency, or other products you use in your hair. For product build-up, regular washing will help, as will reducing the amount of product you use on your hair. If the problem is caused by minoxidil, then a hair transplant specialist maybe helpful. They have many hair loss treatments which can be helpful to you.
