I am 45 years .have been heavy bleeding with clots for last 10 days. In scanning in august lve fibroid of 1.7*1.4 cm n endoterminal thickness is 10 mm. Is there symptoms of menopause? MaY I take sysron NCR?

Hi lybrate-user, fibroid is very small you don't need to worry about it but you need to have Pap smear and endometrial biopsy. Check your hb, TSH levels, bp recording before starting treatment. Before menopause there may be irregular cycles and heavy bleeding or less. But evaluation is much better go to gynaecologist and then take tablet as advice.
