Hi, I think my right testicle is upside down or leaned more compared to left. I think the reason for this is I wasn't aware of supporter at the time when I was in ncc and there I worked out for ours and ours and so on. I use to squat without wearing a supporter or anything except underwear, also I use to stretch my legs very more. My right leg have more rotation from hip in clockwise when sitting with leg straights compared to left. I doesn't have any pain but i'm afraid. Now if I want to do squats, stretches, lunges etc then what should I do and how to heal or coordinate the both testicles. Please help me.
