I talk very loudly. People say I talk as if giving lectures. I have 40 decibels conductive hearing loss n both ears but I am able to manage it. I have issue only when people talking very softly. Pls guide.

Other people talking is not yoru problem: you say that people's observation is that you speak loudly. It is definitely coming from your own hearing loss whereby you have not accurate feedback mechanism to know your volume and to make necessary corrections. Now that you know about this is it possible to speak in a volume that is less audible to you but that you know it is sufficient to the hearing level of the other people. With time and practice you will be able to master this technique.
