Yes, you can. But mae sure you use only upto 3-4 tablets in a day. In excess, even these have some side effects. All the best.

Mr. lybrate-user, If you do not have diabetes and still want to avoid sugar as part of keeping free from extra sugar, it is better to avoid even the sugar free tabs. Those are not really safe. Thanks.
