Dear Lybrateuser, - You have infection in your sinuses because of which problem is there - do steam inhalation at least twice a day - avoid dust, exposure to cold, perfume, sprays, pets (can lead to allergy), cold fluids - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables to boost your immunity - do regular exercise like yoga, deep breathing, meditation for 10-15 min daily in the morning which will greatly benefit your condition - for medication consult a doctor on forum.

It is chronic sinusitis. Take Inhalation of plain water vapor twice/day. Take long course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs. Have protection in winter.

Hi you have sinusitis take steam inhalation three ti, es a day use nasal drop avamys one drop in each nostril for 3 month 6 days antibiotic therapy with augmentin duos should be given along with signoflam tablet and tablet alerid d all taken twice daily.
