At 36 weeks , single loop of cord around the neck on ultrasound is a normal feature. It is only at the time of labour that it becomes significant--- if it doesnot allow the head of the baby to come down during normal delivery or it gets compressed leading to fetal heart irregularities. So, as of now , all is well. Don't worry at all as long as you can feel your baby movements and your B.P. is normal. All the best.
