I am loosing my hair quickly. I have tried all shampoos but not effect any shampoo. I am not sure what I do please help.

These are due to hormone changes, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet .Regulate your daily activities, stress, sleep, drink lots of water ,eat vegetable and fruits. And do some exercise daily. Apply Tugain 5% lotion on scalp. Biotin salt will help.
