Please suggest yoga/ointment/medication to treat penile lymphocele in shaft of penis caused due to masturbation. It swells as lump or clot in a circular string in shaft of penis after stimulation or friction. Usually appears after morning erection and size in evening. It is quite uncomfortable and freighting but not paining. Cause irritation if swells more. I am unmarried and want to cure before marriage to avoid further problems. Pls help.

Hello- Lymphocele of the penis is a harmless, self-limiting condition that is commonly seen in sexually active males aged 20 to 40 years. It is cord like swelling seen vertically or horizontally on the shaft of penis usually after vigorous sex or masturbation. You can apply mild pressure massage on the swelling area that will reduce the lump faster. Spontaneous recovery can be expected within a week or a month. It is better to avoid sex for at-least 3-4 weeks to avoid further complication and promote quicker healing. If there is continues irritation in the area, swelling may be severe and may last several months. In such severe case it is better to visit your sexologist.
