I am 26 years old I have a problem in my anus, it itches and while scratching it bLeeds sometimes it get swollen when scratched constantly. Facing this problem for quite long now Please help I am scared.

Hi. Its a problem of anal fissure. Do not scratch the region. It is most commonly caused by chronic constipation. Avoid spicy/oily food. Take more of green vegetables and salad. Do sitz bath by sitting in a tub filled with like warm water for 15 min atleast four times a day. For medications you can consult online. Consult a surgeon in your area for examination.

DO not scatch. More you scrath itching will increase. Apply coconut oil and see if it helps otherwise show to a surgeon for further treatment.
