I am 21 years old, approx, male, I am having a bulge between my waist line and penis. Upon doing a little research I found it to be inogual hernia. The bulge is as big as a pim pom ball and goes down in the scrotal sac in the upright position, and itches and pains there too at times. But as soon as I lay down it disappears. It goes in on applying a little push too. Can you please tell me about this. Risks and effects and what should I proceed for? Thanks.
