Dear Sit on high table and move knee slowly in circular motion, 12 times clockwise and 12 time anti-clockwise. Make sure you stretch your back to relieve strain on legs. Massage full leg and more on knee with Meruvenna oil. Keel knee warm and supportd with knee cap till strength returns. Regards.
