He's having anal fissure since past many months. Taking laxative. But no relief. Anus passage became narrow .pl help. Feeling discomfort becoz of it. Allergic rhinitis has become chronic pl help.

Anal fissure generally respond well to treatment like laxatives, sitting in warm water, local ointment to relax the anal sphincters. If anal fissure persists then surgery is needed. However before surgery your doctor needs to see type of anal fissure as multiple fissure are associated with other diseases which are to be excluded.
