Dear Do not change tablets on your own. Always consult the Physician to get the prescription of medicines that are required by your body. Eat fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, freshly cooked meals and make sure you drink 2 to 3 liters of normal to warm water daily. Stay away from salty and preserved or packaged items. Irrespective of how much they advertise to be safe for all. Regards.
