Hi You need to first get her investiGated by a gastroentrologist for her general well being and safety of pregnancy. Active Hepatitis B needs treatment for the prevention of permanent Liver damage. THe drugs used for the same are not safe in pregnancy. But if your gastroentrologist clears her for pregnancy then it means that Her infection is a latent and she does not need any active tream for hepatitis B for herself.
