I took a blood test 2 days back and got the report and it says lymphocytes is low that is 16.9% am I have to check the cancer test or how to increase the level to 20 please suggest me.

Mr. lybrate-user I am not sure why you went for the blood test. Also why you may be connecting your report to cancer. Cancer may have seperate and totally different symptoms that may be worried about. Lymphocytes are cells of the lymphatic system that helps clear the blood from all its waste matter. These may go up and down periodically with many reasons playing their functions in our body. Lymphatic system have many cells that are dead cells floating into the lymphatic veins or even blood but is not and should not be directly connected to cancer. In case you are worried about some inheritance in cancer then we may have to study your profile as a whole before any cancer test can be recommended.
