I had unprotected insertive oral sex with a person of unknown hiv status and I tested for hiv with 4 generation elisa test after one month of this exposure and also after 12 weeks, both came negative 0.9 & 0.7.should I be 100% free from the worries or I should test again after 3 months?

During the window period, the HIV test may give a negative result even though you have HIV. Newer methods of testing are shortening the window period. Talk to your doctor or HIV tester about the window period for the test being used.
