Dear Sir, Suffering from Perineal abscess. Operated once 7 months ago and it comes again. I have gone through a 10 day course of Sensiclav625 twice a day but still no relif. Please help me. Economically, mentally and physically it is notvposaible for me to have another operation. Regards.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user, perineal abscess recurrence generally is difficult to treat only with antibiotics and may need repeat surgery. However if it is recurrence then associated systemic disease like diabetes, Crohn's disease etc are to be ruled out. You must consult Gastroentrologist for help. Please don't be disheartened for these things as it will add to frustration. We need to find further solutions and think positive rather than harming ourself with negative thoughts. Best of luck!
