Could excessive masturbation lead to prostatic hyperplasia? I am having problem of semen LEAKAGE during urination. I had habit of masturbation. My urologist suggest me alfugress tablets. Is it OK?

Masturbation does not lead to prostatic hyperplasia. Passage of semen before urine or during sleep is common in unmarried person who do not masturbate. But if you masturbate then semen does not come out during sleep or during passing urine.
