I am doing yoga but I dont know before doing yoga I have to take water r not n I am doing stretches, yoga, exercises, n workout once is this good r not before n after doing yoga what I have to take I am getting leg pains I have horseshoe kidneys problem.

1-2 glasses of water can be taken 30 minutes before yoga. And a few sips can also be taken while doing yoga if you feel thirsty. The pain in your legs can be due to a lot of reasons. It can be due to DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) effect, or due to an injury, or due to stretching beyond your comfortable zone etc. Take a lot of liquids (Water, Green tea, Juice, Milk etc) to recover your muscles and to flush out lactic acid build up in your muscles. However, If the pain persists, you are advised to consult your general physician.
