My wife got pregnancy. She is one and half months pregnant. She is suffering with migraine. What medicine is given to her to control migraine.
Can I give crocin advance?

During pregnancy most medicines are not safe, specially painkillers. During first trimester ( first 3 months) try to avoid any medication as this is the period of organ formation.
Your wife should try to control her headache by lifestyle changes during pregnancy. Only safe analgesic for her is Crocin ( Paracetamol). Only plain crocin tablet and not crocin advance. 
Follow these lifestyle changes to avoid migraine headache 
1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 
2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 
3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke.
4. Exercise daily  ( aerobics and cardiovascular)
5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it.
In case of persistent problems consult your gynecologist.
