Dear Doctor, good evening. My Mom had two operation one family planning and once she removed uterus in 2013. Since that she is having severe stomach pain in her lower abdomen. Before uterus operation she used to have period twice in a month with heavy bleeding for 8 to 10 days at a time. That is why doctor suggest to remove uterus but now she is having more problem. She frequently get stomach pain and she is also having constipation, if she put little pressure also some flesh kind of thing will come out and she have to push inside and that is very painful. Request you to please suggest some mediation and what we have to do for that. Kindly help with details please. Also what she can eat and what cannot because she eat lots of pork and non veg most of the time. Thank you in advance.

hey your mom had two operations done so the flesh which is coming out of vagina is probably because of prolapse of uterus or bladder or vagina .in which the tissues get weak and they come out .The pain in stomach can be due to gastritis .she is also having constipation.You can take homeopathic treatment for prolapse and constipation .she should avoid too much of non veg eat more of green vegetables Drink juices of apples,cherries,pomegranates and beetroots it detoxyfies your system and helps in formation of oestrogen hormone .loose weight if obese.Do exercises to strengthen pelvic muscles.

Dear Lybrate user. Probably she has rectal prolapse . Needs some exercises to tighten the pelvic floor muscles. If rectal prolapse is severe then better procedure is surgery. For constipation prefer high fiber diet, drink plenty of fluids, regular exercise, stress free life. Need some medications for symptomatic relief.
