I am diabetic 67 years old, poor bowl movement. Ease out more than a day r 2 r even 3 days. Constipates,purges, diahorria like. Most forgetfulness, not understanding reading materials, searching visible identifiable object, occurrence of name, items etc. Also am a diabetic. Neuropathy. Kindly guide me.
