To get relief from migraine- 1. Give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for at least 8-10 minutes daily. 2. Do bhramari pranayam twice a day. 3. Practice sarvangasana and shirshasana under the guidance of yoga expert. 4. Sit with the gyan mudra in hands. 5. Take rogan badam (almond oil) and put it 1/2 teaspoon in a glass of milk and drink it in the morning. 6. If the headache is very severe and intolerable then you can take a tablet of paracetamol or ibuprofen.- 7. You can take 2 teaspoon of shankhpushpi syrup in the morning.
